In 2006 the company was founded by Johann Neustifter in Dornbirn, Härte 2

Just a few weeks later, the first project - machine relocation - was successfully secured.

In July 2006 Johann Neustifter’s long-standing teammate Josef Hohensinn joined the company.

In 2007, NH secured its first international order from overseas.

In 2009, Johann Neustifter was able to file his first patent thanks to his innovative thinking

In 2010 through relentless effort, strong family support, a reliable team and fair customers, the company relocated to its current headquarters in Weißkirchen an der Traun.

In 2016, expansion of the team through the establishment of a Slovenian sister company.

In 2017, Additional expansion of the headquarter took place.

In 2019/2025, further sister companies were established in Australia and the USA

In 2023 Marijan Vidakovic was appointed as authorized signatory (Prokurist) to strengthen the management team.
