Your Responsibilities
- Independent management of construction sites for small and large-scale projects (up to 20
installers) - Leadership, coordination, and organization of the assigned site
- Support of the installation management depending on project size and scope
- Ensuring quality standards (e.g., welding and measurement work)
- Responsibility for site logistics as well as schedule and cost control
- Professional preparation of installation work
- Personnel management
- Execution of administrative tasks
- Promotion of training and development within the installation team
Your Profile
- Completed technical vocational training or comparable professional experience
- Several years of experience in plant assembly
- Confident and customer-oriented appearance
- Assertiveness, team spirit, and diplomatic skills
- High reliability, adherence to deadlines, and flexibility
- MS Office skills and strong cost awareness
- Good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to undertake multi-week assignments abroad (rotation schedule)
- Forklift license and overhead crane certification are an advantage
- Category B driving license and own car

Compensation
The minimum gross annual salary for this position is €47,600.00; plus allowances and daily
allowances. Overpayment is possible depending on qualifications, professional experience, and performance.
